What do companies in CEE think about the digitalization of HR and payroll processes?

We wanted to understand how organizations in Central and Eastern Europe are coping with the demands of modern HR. That’s why Elanor conducted a survey among 698 organizations across 9 countries.

📍 Most responses came from:

  • Czech Republic (471 organizations)
  • Hungary (76)
  • Slovakia (32)
  • Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Albania  — other countries with notable representation

The questionnaire focused on topics such as:
