The Education project of Elanor a.s. provides to selected employees’ activities aimed at expanding and enriching their knowledge, skills, and competencies in accordance with changing market demands and company requirements for employees.

• Promoting employment and adaptability of the workforce
• Helping workers, businesses and entrepreneurs adapt to market changes
• Increasing the knowledge, skills and competences of workers and the alignment of the qualification level of the workforce with the requirements of the labour market
• Increase the adaptability of older workers

The aim of the project is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of employees and thus ensure the compliance of their qualifications and competencies with the requirements for the work.
Other objectives of the project include increasing the competitiveness of the supported employees and thus also increasing the motivation and performance. Strengthening their position on the labour market and promoting a stable level of employment based on a qualified workforce.
