Project name: Elanor - el.is & el.ip
Project goal: The goal of the project is to develop the HR information system el.is and the expansion of integrational and transformational tools el.ip into the final state of their functionalities.

Short description:
 The project is focusing on the area of experimental development of software systems and tools usable in the field of human resources management. The project will achieve 2 project results:

• Development of the new el.is HR information system

It will be a newly programmed information system using modern technologies (containerization, AI elements, and automation). The largest contribution of el.is will be its international usability.

• Expansion of the current integrational and transformational tool el.ip

Not a less useful component of the project must be the completion of the development of the integrational and transformational tool. This tool will allow automated processing and validation of the data provided by external systems to the clients of the company. These data enter the HR information system where they can be then managed. The integrational and transformational tool is able to work with data across different system interfaces including all specifics of the selected country in which the data originate. The tool will allow expansion and higher effectiveness of outsourcing services.

This project is co-financed by European Union through the Regional Development Fund within the Operational Program Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The project will be handled individually without including other partners.
